2.2 Spearfishing is high-risk. You must follow UK laws, be physically fit, and use safety gear like floats and flags.
2.3 We are not liable for injuries or legal issues caused by using our gear incorrectly or illegally.
3. Our Products
3.1 We try to be exact with photos and descriptions, but small variations in finish or design might happen.
3.2 If something you ordered is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer a new delivery date, a similar item, or a refund.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT.
4.2 We can change prices at any time, but you’ll always pay the price shown when you check out.
4.3 You must pay in full during checkout. Any bank fees from your provider are your responsibility.

8. Returns & Right to Cancel
8.1 UK customers can cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery.
8.2 Email us at contact@subseahunter.com within this timeframe to start a return.
8.3 You have 14 more days to send items back unused, in original packaging.
8.4 You pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
8.5 We might reduce your refund if items show signs of use.
8.6 Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the return.
8.7 For health reasons, used masks, snorkels, or wetsuits cannot be returned.
9. Business Customers
9.1 If buying for a business, standard consumer cooling-off periods do not apply.
9.2 Liability is limited to the price paid for the products.
10. Warranties
10.1 Only Carbon fibre fins and Barrel are under warranty for 1 year (does not include scratches, defects caused by use, only structural failure while diving or shooting are covered under warranty).
11. Liability Limits
11.1 We don't exclude liability for death or injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
11.2 Otherwise, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or accidents caused by ignoring safety steps.
